Keycard will de-magnetize so easily. Such an inconvenience. Shower was broken so had to change room. TV is super outdated and old. No free water in the room.

Last minute thing, close to everything.

Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room looked to be newly renovated and modern. The hotel met expectations in all aspects. Would definitely book again.

Lack of non-dairy or lactose free milk options in this day and age is frustrating. Front desk told me to just go to the store! Worst part-car charging! The only free charger that requires assistance from the front desk the staff did not know how to operate and the paid Flo chargers (level 2) are more expensive than fast chargers!!! The rate is 1.90$ for the first hour, and then climbs to 2.90$ for every subsequent hour… but the charger is super slow (likely on purpose), so what should take 8 hours to charge took 12.5 and cost 35$. Exorbitant.

Hotel was good, clean and safe. Only thing is that reception host on arrival was kind of tired so customer service was not at its best. In the other hand the employees the next morning when checking out, were absolutely amazing, friendly and happy.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the hotel only one night. It is totally overpriced and overrated. The check-in only in person, it took us 30 minutes. The room was dark not only because everything was black, but also there are not enough lights. I wanted to read in the bed - sorry, no individual light, only shared light with other bed (where my kid was sleeping), I took the lounge chair with its light - sorry, AC is blowing directly at you, I moved to the desk - sorry, tiny light ribbon across the desk. No extra pillows for the back either if you want to read in the bed. The coffee choice is really poor: for two mugs, one regular and one decaf. No tea offered if you are more into tea. There is nice pool in the hotel but we were not able to use, always full! The last thing you would want in this hotel is the breakfast. I mean the next day we have stayed in a motel and the breakfast was better there. The industrial bread and bagels, no croissants, no regular butter, no yogurt, the cheapest orange juice and cheese. Definitely not 4 * hotel. The positive things: it’s clean and the stuff is superb!

Rooms felt a bit outdated compared to Sherbrooke or Drummondville. Shower was not ideal for taller people. Wifi was awesome, no captive portal nonsense. Parking was great and EV chargers were nice, could maybe use more of them though. Staff were amazing, lobby was really nice. Rooms, hallways and even the lobby to some degree all felt pretty dark.

Hotel was ok, bit dark for my liking. Not enough lighting in the room to even read the instructions, light fixtues are little odd. Front lobby has the fireplace it looked good but overall they should consider a different interior decorations.
