First of all, the address registered in the app, the location of the reception, and the actual accommodation are all different. Without knowing this, I attempted online check-in after receiving an online check-in email, but it kept failing, possibly due to a website error. I sent a message through Hotels.com stating that I couldn’t check in online, but received no response. Eventually, I arrived at the accommodation listed in the app at 20:55, just 5 minutes before the check-in time of 21:00. However, since the reception was at a different location, I couldn’t check in. After several attempts, I finally succeeded in checking in online at around 21:07.
Then, the accommodation suddenly charged me an unexpected deposit of 200 euros and additional fees totaling 63 euros. Among these, 40 euros were for a late check-in fee, which I find unreasonable. I was only 7 minutes late for the online check-in, and their website was not functioning earlier in the day. I even made an inquiry to which they did not respond, yet they are charging me this fee. I have been trying to communicate through WhatsApp, but after the initial response, they stopped checking my messages after I complained.
Without prior notice, I stayed in a 60 euro accommodation but ended up paying an additional 263 euros. Out of this, the only refundable amount is 200 euros, and I have no idea when I will receive it. This is a terrible experience, and I plan to lodge a strong complaint with Hotels.com about this matter.

Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet.
Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe.
Would stay here again though.

Unable to access the room, property want helpful and kept hanging up on both me and hotels.com when they called. Instructions didn't match the property location or the room booked, checking in online should have meant it ẁas all easy but just made it more difficult.

Not recommended. No staff at the property. Phone not answered. Air conditioning didn’t work. We couldn’t check in first night and had to pay to stay elsewhere. On the plus side, great location right next to metro, and room and bed large and clean. Choice of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The reception is 2km away from the apartament so it is rudiculous that you have to travel so far between locations. No shuttle provided.

I did Not visit this hotel regarding the Scam System: i should have payed extra 85€ for Late checkin which they told me After the booking. I found Hundreds of 1 Star Google ratings which told us to Stay away from this, dirty rooms and broken Stoff may encounter us additional to employees who will force us to pay additional Money. However, 16h After booking i told the Scam Like Person (85€ extra for Late checkin person) via WhatsApp that i want to storno, i lost all my Money. No Goodwill only Chat history of Bad attitude and mean words

Perfect location, clean but sewage smell in bathroom, check in is on a different hotel. We arrived at 8:59pm but were told that the shuttle only ran until 9pm (?) and didn’t give it to us. We were told the router was inside the room but not only it wasn’t there the wifi signa was very poor or not existing occasionally. We complained about all mosquitoes inside and were offered to pay a deposit for a device that we had to pick up at the reception of another hotel.
We enjoyed it because we had the mindset of an ok airbnb not a hotel.

Me and my friend stayed at Dante suite for 3 nights and we got bitten crazily by some insects. There were 27 small red dots in my friend’s body on the last day we check out. We were so worried that it might be bed bug.
At the same time, the toilet is completely insane. Whenever we flush it, it will make some creepy weird noise. Even though the location is very good, receptionist is helpful and friendly but cannot forget how itchy I have to deal with many bite mark in my body.

We arrived after their check-in time but the quickly informed me a for a fee had a driver waiting at the airport. All was convenient and appreciated by us. The woman who checked us in was cheerful and very helpful orienting is in Naples.

I had an incredible stay here. Awesome modern styled rooms with a huge super comfortable bed. I loved it! Rooms cleaned daily. Excellent location. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Check In 2pm
Ezekiel and Chiara were nice and pleasant. The room was on the smaller side, no coffee, noises from being street side, cold- no extra blankets, check out 10am, check in at 2pm so you don’t have the room for a full 24hrs.
Transport that was confirmed and promised was not provided due to this inconvenience, they charged us for a luggage storage that we would’ve not needed to store. (Had it not been for their missing driver) They were not helpful with alternative transportation or rectifying the lack of transportation which was the owners fault in the first place.
We then walked our bags over half a mile on cobblestone, therefore destroying our luggage. The wheels literally broke off our luggage. This establishment will nickel and dime you. The owner is rude and arrogant towards staff and his guests.
Would not recommend based on most amenities they said were “provided” that they did not provide.
Also, it is extremely hard to get in without keys as the key pad seemed not to work or the staff would not pick up.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable B&B. Right in the city centre makes it easy to find a restaurant. The staff were very helpful when finding museums or catching the metro. Would 100% reccomemd and stay here again

Most attractions are within a reasonable distance from the hotel, and nearby there is a metro .

Perfect location but not flexible check in time esprcially that my flight arrved late in the evening. I needed to pay 30€ for airport transfer as i am forced to book it. Coz if i ddnt i wont be able to check in as they said no one will be at the reception at the time that i will arrive. Nonetheless i would still stay here coz of the location and cleanliness. Il just book an earlier flight then as to not have the same problem again

Made a booking on Orbitz in the evening for same evening. Called a few minutes after the booking to confirm check in instructions. No one answered. After multiple calls to hotel was told that they can’t check me in because it is too late. When i asked about getting a refund so i can book another hotel for the night the woman on the phone became angry and started yelling that she can’t help us. I still don’t have my money back.
I would strongly urge any future customers to seek other accommodation options.
