Very clean rooms, the staff are so helpful

We were in and out. Just there overnight for a concert nearby. But the stay provided everything we needed, plus B1G1 drink coupons in the downstairs bar - perfect for after the show!

Very clean property. We had problems with check in but hopefully got the problem resolved. Do not eat breakfast there. We walked out, cold coffee, just a weird experience. Continental breakfast $9. Order off a little menu had to make your own toast. Just never experienced something like this before. Maverick's was good!

Bed was super comfy. Rooms weren't incredible up to date, but they were clean.

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, well appointed rooms and responsive housekeeping. Two suggestions for this hotel - 1) update your mattresses as they were starting to feel saggy and 2) rethink and revamp the breakfast at Mavericks. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton hotels over the years and this was by far the worst breakfast situation I’ve ever had - mediocre food, lukewarm, poor tasting coffee, limited selection, dried out breakfast potatoes, definitely not recommended. The second day the chef never showed up! It felt uncared for and not well attended. Up your game Hilton! You have and can do better! This was not good!

It was just ok. Hard to park & check in process was long due to hotel staffer talking about his health issues- just check me in. So I was late to my concert! Truly, because he took about 25 min checking me in & didn’t know how to use the key card computer system. Very loud guests above our room - partying until 1:30am!

Our stay was wonderful, staff was friendly, other business within walking distance. Would stay again at this hotel. Thank you for a stress free stay.

This property was very nice everything was clean and it was not too loud. It will be good for anyone coming to visit in SJU or SBC

I didn't stay at this hotel. I didn't receive emails for my reservation, so I had to make reservations at another hotel. I wish I could request a refund, but I know that doesn't usually happen. Trust me, I would have rather stayed at your hotel.

The hotel was great in every way but one, unfortunately the one bad thing was the mattress. Usually hotel mattresses are great. These were awful. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean and everything else was as well. If they were to tell me they got better mattresses I’d go back next year for the convention but as it is we will probably find another place.

Shower (4th floor room) needed more pressure. Everything else was excellent. Nice to have the microwave and fridge in-room. Comfy beds.
