Very good breakfast and most of the staff are very friendly.
It has a great location.
Did not like the size of room and how noisy it was. The room had a very uncomfortable smell for the first 3 days i stayed.

The personal was friendly and the breakfast its ok for the price, the only sad thing was that when I started to pack I noticed that a jacket had disappeared, I did not make a major claim because it was not of great value. but the same happened

Its a small hotel not much space for anything, you get a discount experience for the price the bathrooms are very small in all the rooms.

Everyone was very welcoming and respectful. They made accommodations when we decided to stay an additional night.
They also brought some tea while I was sick.

Fantastic fun hotel very clean and totally friendly people. Great location near banks, shopping, restaurants and tour bookings. Hope to come back soon again

Unfriendly front desk staff,we killed 6 cockroaches,the sink was liking on the bottom,our son was waiking up and cried because of the cockroaches on his bed.I stay all night beacause I was worried about roaches,We killed more roaches in the morning.There was a very strong humid smell in the room.
And I didn't received the messages from my family.I fell that we should received a full refund.I can't believe that they made us pay for the first night,We didn´t eat the buffet due to do roaches.

Hotel is outside of the main town but only a short ride on the metro the area itself is quiet but has lots of places to eat and drink

Not as happy as before but only one night stay, leaking toilet[water in floor] inside room no view, window looking from the room into a concrete wall, with window full of bird poo...the window all had top part open without screens and no way to close them. Tiny flat screen T.V., AND plastic/rubber pillows like a hospital... The breakfast is good and the reception desk employees are very nice.
