The young lady at front feet was less than friendly. We were not greeted at all. She never asked for our name but simply stared at us waiting for us to speak first. She took our payment and never told us a thing about the hotel…like where the elevators were located. We were left to figure it out. I’m sure sites a lovely person but sure truly needs some training to be a front desk worker. The front desk sets the tone for the stay.

This hotel was far enough away from downtown that I didn’t hear any crowd noise but close enough for a short drive for shopping and dining.

During our first night at the hotel, the dining area was closed, which was disappointing. We had to shower and get dressed to go out to eat, despite being very exhausted. We had no plans to leave the hotel that night. The restroom fixtures were very rusty, and the lack of a restroom extractor made it very humid. The AC never turned off, even though we had it on auto. As a result, my baby woke up with a cough. The pool had a very strong smell of chlorine, and after being in there for 30 minutes, my son's eyes started burning. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, like at Holiday Inn, but we found out that was not the case. Overall, I regretted my stay. We decided to leave on Saturday at 6:00 pm and did not stay until the next morning because we were not comfortable staying another night. When I tried to give the key card to the front desk while informing them that we were checking out, the staff member said they didn't need it. Overall, I am very disappointed and don't think I can recommend this hotel at all.

Nice and clean

The stay was wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms. Brittany at the front desk had great customer service. Brittany was nice, pleasant and kind. Way to go.

Always asking for money for incidentals and never get refunded for it.? Charged for breakfast and should have been included. No hair dryer in room. Asked twice for it never got it.?

I had supper on the patio on Monday evening, 6/24, and each day I noticed my plate, glass, and floss pick were still there. Today is Friday, 6/28, and my dinner plate, glass, and floss pick are still on the table from 6/24.

System hiccup that property was easily managing to keep the flow of customers moving quickly along.
