Hotel was right off I95 which made it convenient for an overnight stay heading either North or South. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast so can not rate that. The only concern we had was being approached twice by a transient person in the parking lot asking us for money.

Can not say enough about the staff. With the storms that were going on when we arrived, we learned that the hotels wyfy was out. This affected all the systems in the area. The staff worked around all this. They were still able to let us check in early (we were there for a wedding). They utilised “old school” paper charts and walkie talkies to get everyone in and settled. Later that night (midnight), some of our group found their hotel to not be what they thought. Our hotel immediately got them in and settled also. They were all absolutely on point. House keeping service and kitchen staff were fantastic. The hotel team could have let the lack of computers and their system make for a terrible weekend, but they definitely rose above! We could not thank them more.

My family and I stayed here for a night while on our way back to NY from FL, I must say that this was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The floors are sticky, dust and greasy stuff everywhere and there was a terrible odor in the room. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the breakfast staff, they were very friendly and did a great job ensuring that everything was on point.

These hotel chains need someone to handle customer retention and sporadic quality control of their properties to insure that they are being maintained in a reasonable manner. The lobby and public areas were very nice but the rooms are showing their age and in a situation with a half a dozen hotels in walking distance to this place there a several different options for lodging. The hotel was close to capacity so income isn't the issue.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with shower items. The breakfast was very good! It was a nice hotel but the surrounding area didn't have many restaurants you would want to eat at.

I didn't ask for a handicap accessible room. The shower head was movable but couldn't be rotated down - it sprayed water straight out at 90 degrees. Ice maker wasn't working on my floor

Room was clean and comfortable beds.
Great breakfast. Rosa, the breakfast attendant was especially nice and insisted on taking our used dishes off the able for us. Who does that? Would stay there again!
