A fabulous find. Our room was roomy enough for the two of us. Very clean,with a lovely shower in the bathroom. A fridge in the room was very useful. Coffee machine in the lobby was great and only a short walk from our room and was not at all inconvenient. We met with Arun and Mariah,who were lovely to talk with and made us feel so welcome and comfortable there. Added bonus of it being less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I attended immigration lawyers conference in town and was supposed to stay at the Devon Shores, but because of hurricane Milton, the hotel sustained the water damage and when I arrived it was closed for renovations. I was so lucky to meet the owner - Gus, who quickly placed me at another hotel that he owns - Ivory Sands. My stay was amazing, I was given the best room that had everything upgraded. The front desk lady Gabriella and manager was very friendly and ready to accommodate me. Despite the hard work after Helene and Milton and extensive damage to the property, everyone was ready to accommodate. This is truly the best customer service. I highly recommend Devon Shores or Ivory Sands. Both places are also within walking distance from the beach. Thank you everyone and see you soon next time.

Never got to hotel , road closed, due to storms conditions, hotel. Com service was terrible will never ever use that service again , need to get my refund, they try to charge a service fee of 210. To refund my $. After a big fight on phone . Still not a refund, they using third party from who knows to answer, there service no good I never use there service again

Our first hotel room we booked was a bust. They had no power/ no AC and it was 92 degrees outside. The clerk said we would get a refund from hotels.com not the hotel since I didn’t book with them. We were able to book another room through hotels.com. When we went to check in, we could not get even close to it. The whole beach had been evacuated and police/ firefighters had all the bridges closed down. No one was allowed on beach so we were unable to stay there- we booked through the app and wasted our money. We finally were able to find a vacant hotel with power 45 minutes from where we needed to be. We should be refunded for 2 of the 3 we rented for the same night. This was extra money we had to spend that we were not expecting to have to come out of our budget for this trip. We should not be responsible for these extra rooms. It is apparent that we stayed at the 3rd hotel. Not very happy. May not book again with hotels app if we do not get refunded.

Cute motel. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms perfectly sized for a long weekend. Walkable to beach, restaurants, and souvenir shops that carry everything you need. Walkable to Pier 60, less than 5 minutes. Our only complaint was the king size bed was too firm. I suggested to staff that they should consider having mattress toppers available. Staff did attempt to help by giving extra thick blankets to lay on. Helped a little but a topper option would have been better.

Stayed 2 nights in a queen basic room. Basic was the word! Tiny room, nowhere to hang clothes other than a hook on the wall. Tiny window with no natural light. After 1 night we had an infestation of flies- had to move rooms at midnight.

What a charming hotel! One block off the beach, a few yards away is one of the number one hot spots at night for live chill music and great appetizers at CoCo’s! The rooms are clean and super quiet. Great pools and super staff! We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed one more night. I absolutely can’t wait to come back. Funny, we are locals and staycation here! It’s an absolute charming adult hotel ( not a good place for family’s with kids really IMO. Rooms are sweet and small but so clean and updated just adorable!! Coffee and tea all day/night in the office and ice machine. AC is ice cold and I appreciate they have dehumidifier in the rooms as it’s so humid on the coast your rooms nice and dry. The GM was absolutely fantastic and just so friendly! Can’t say enough about our stay!! You can even get a massage by the pool or your room if you choose! Excellence service. Close to everything. 15 min walk max to pier 60 and all the fun boats etc. you will not be disappointed if looking for a quality stay in a safe and clean environment that’s not 350+ a nigh this is your place! Walk to the beach and have breakfast at Crabbys!! 2for1 bloody Mary’s or Mimosas and incredible food!! Can’t beer them for lunch and dinner. Hit all 4 of them so so good! Stay away from Frenchys they have gone down hill so bad….

My husband and I both have back issues and the bed we slept on was wonderful. Our room was small but provided everything we required. We were able to walk to the beach or enjoy the three pools onsite. There were so many restaurants within walking distance we were not able to get to them all. Planning our next trip stay in Florida and will stay at Devon Shores for sure.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Modern yet nostalgic to the 50’s and 60’s little motel days. Definitely would stay here again. In my opinion very reasonable rates for the area.

Overall awesome place to stay. The pool was so relaxing and lights up at night. Very close to food, bars and the beach! Would return again!

We really enjoyed our time here. As property manager and maintenance man of a motel in the same city I would absolutely recommend Devon shores to anyone looking for a place on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and the property well taken care of. I do intend to stay there again when I feel the need to get away from where I work
