Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, keeping the hygiene conditions as paramount importance. The room was also spacious. The breakfast buffet spread had a large variety to choose from. Being a vegetarian, I was not short of options. All in all a great stay. The location is also prime - being close to the main train station and in downtown. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Zurich. Thanks so much.

It was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Good breakfast. Good location. Room was clean. Front desk staff recommended the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant at Hotel Adler. We enjoyed it so much we went there two nights. A good variety of food, not just fondue.

This is a beautiful hotel, so clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was fresh and delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and entire complex was extremely clean. Very quiet as well. Great bed and you can ask for an assortment of pillows via tablet in room if needed

We found the staff to be so obliging and helpful.
It is close to The Old Town, Train station and restaurants. The room with the Balcony was spacious with a small bathroom. We enjoyed the Breakfast and all the choices of food. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zürich.

Great staff!!! All were so friendly, informative and helpful. They went above and beyond when one of our travel party left their passport in a room safe. They got the passport out of the safe and scanned/emailed a copy to us very quickly. Then held on to it until we could return. They also prepared to go breakfast bags for our group when we were checking out at 6:30am. Spacious rooms and breakfast was great with lots of variety. Love that the hotel is close to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants.

An affordable option in a good area. It's not the fanciest hotel but the room was nice and I felt that we got more than we paid for. Plus, they include a free breakfast that consisted of meats, cheeses, breads, cereal and boiled eggs.
My only critique was the size of the shower, which was very small: less than 3 ft X 3 ft. Everything else was modernized, clean and efficient.

We enjoyed a nice stay, here. Hotel is on a relatively quiet street in walking distance of the train station, with easy access to many good restaurant options. Beautiful park nearby.

Super close to all attractions in the Altstadt! We were pleasantly surprised with the huge breakfast offerings each morning and the free passes to the Zoo and Kunsthaus museum. The staff were so helpful as well.
