Check in was very quick and professional. Desk clerk was very freindly. Lobby, hallways, elevators were clean. Room was spacious and inviting. Only draw back was the absence of a microwave. Had to go downstairs to the hotel store area to use it. Overall, great 4 night stay.

I deserve a refund. They put me in three jankyass rooms. The first had a broken door. I haven’t even got inside and the manager had the audacity to want me to wait on maintenance in the hallway with all of my stuff. No. Move onto the second room… The electrical was so rigged that none of the lights work properly and wires were sticking out of the light switch. You flipped it and random lights were just flash. You couldn’t turn the light off. So fast forward to an hour after I got there after driving eight hours, they take us to the third room… they have a regulator on the shower so if you turn on hot water, there’s no water. I couldn’t even wash my hair. I stormed out at 5 AM demanding a refund.

Drab room. Light in bathroom did not work, Took a shower and the water, at its hottest setting was luke warm. Pictures on wall were crooked. Charged $18 for parking which is not mentioned when booking. Will not stay there ever again.

The shower is open and doesn’t close like a locker room. The room used to be one with a shared doors and where the door was is now fitted with a tall mirror facing direct in to the bathroom. The restaurant service was terrible and food matched the service. I don’t know if this place is under new ownership, but WOOF!!!

We only stayed at the hotel for a few hours, we had an early flight. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was very close to the airport !

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport. We checked in on October 22nd and checked out on October 23rd. We purchased extended parking with shuttle service to the airport returning on October 25th. When we arrived the hotel staff was very nice. The hotel lobby and sitting areas were impressive but that's where it ended. Our bathroom shower and sink had mold, the linens were advertised are luxurious and they were old and worn. The mattress was old and worn. We were awake all night because we were so uncomfortable. The pillows were almost flat. I found a long black hair in the bed that wasn't mine considering that I have blonde hair. We made it to the airport on time but when we arrived back to the airport we waited for an hour on the shuttle to pick us up. I finally called the hotel and was told that they would have someone right out. When nobody still didn't show up a nice driver from the Hilton Inn offered us a ride. As soon as we we were in his van a Radisson Shuttle showed up and we were loaded into it. The driver had no explanation or apologies as to why we had such a long wait. We are very suspicious that the driver was intoxicated. He was driving very recklessly including pulling directly out into the path of a huge bus almost causing us our lives. It was a terrible experience.
