The room was clean.

Staff told me I had to pay in full up front even though website stated I was to pay a deposit. They were rude and treated me like dirt. Being a white, middle aged, woman dealing with foreigners, they thought they could get by with it and who would care. I paid for 3 days but looked for a different hotel the next day and checked out after two. I have yet to get a refund or receipt. They refused to provide one at the time of checkout and said they would email it. Still have not seen one and I can't get anyone to return my calls.

It was mostly good. Issues: No curtain’s in room on arrival. Our room was right above the conference room and there was a party going on with loud music coming through the floor till 10pm. After a long exhausting til from Tennessee this was annoying and made getting to sleep difficult.

Front desk confused us by giving us a “key” that he really couldn’t explain. Turns out, which we figured in our own, it was for the lights. Evidently some rooms you had to insert that key card to turn lights on. Ours was not that type of room. Front desk should be aware of the rooms that need that key card. Vent fan in bathroom was very noisy. Sounded as if it needed to he replaced. Air conditioner also was very loud. We only had the breakfast once. The day we decided to eat breakfast the sausage links were not done. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Close to a lot of eateries.

Comfy beds. Good shower. A/C hard to regulate; unit's condensation left water on the floor. Adequate breakfast. Fitness room was too hot to exercise much, and the TV in that room could not be heard. Guest laundry room was stifling when machines were running. Room lock was changed out at 10:00 in the morning, and it took an hour to do so. We had no prior notice, and my wife was still in bed because we were staying over that night too. Very inconvenient!! Manager was most understanding and accommodating.

Not the best stay. Room had an odor, and bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was decent but they could not keep up with enough food. Man at front desk was nice and had a quick check in.

I reserved a one bedroom suite. It was great when I walked in. But as the night went on the living area a/c got warmer and warmer. I ended spending the rest of the time in the room with the door closed. I only stayed one night thank goodness

It's a normal hotel. The FREE Continental Breakfast was good and fresh! They do have a pool but we didn't have time to go swimming so I don't know how it was or even what it looked like. Close to the HWY, unfortunately you have to exit onto Hwy 30 and make a U-turn if you want to go a different direction. Lots of Hwy construction EVERYWHERE!

It's a normal hotel. The FREE Continental Breakfast was good and fresh! They do have a pool but we didn't have time to go swimming so I don't know how it was or even what it looked like. The room I stayed in was not cleaned bathroom had trash and dried blood on the floor. The clerk moved without a problem, but it was inconvenience for me to pack all my things up after unpacking to another room. The lobby area had a strong odor of Chlorine or chemical smell I coughed all night. My other room was clean and the dining area was neat and the lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Had two Tvs in unit and only 1 remote. Coffee pot in room shot steaming hot water out of top and did not work. There was no Decaf coffee in the breakfast area either. We had no bed linens or pillow for the pull out couch. Bathroom door did not lock and over all just sub par facility. Pictures looked great online though.
