I arrived before the 4:00 PM check-in time and asked if the room happened to be available. The clerk told me there was an additional fee of $10.00 for each hour before the official check-in time. There was no mention of this on the hotels.com website under "Fees & Services." So even though the room was ready, the clerk insisted on an additional payment. He offered "as a courtesy" to discount the charges to a flat rate of $20.00. I have never encountered a hotel that would do such a thing and, of course, I could not change to a new hotel because at that point, the reservation was non-refundable. While the hotel was largely rundown (although improvements seemed to be in the works), it was still visibly branded as "Clarion" even though the current ownership apparently has nothing to do with Clarion. It felt like a huge rip-off and made me worried that their business practices might include "inventing" some damages or charges to add to my bill after I left. I will not be any richer or any poorer by $20.00; however, if this hotel is so desperate that it needs to scrounge a few extra bucks in such a questionable way from its guests, then may God bless them.

Easy fast check in and out by friendly staff. Property is easily accessable off I 80. Plenty of parking. The lobby was neat and clean without any air quality or ciggarette oder Pool was clean and well kept. My room was clean with no oder what so ever. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, and everything worked as needed, including tv, hot water, wifi, and ac unit. Ice bar inside hotel with good food and atmosphere. Lindsey was awesome. The hotel is worth the price and I will return. I only wish there was breakfast options.

Could have used more and larger towels. No place in shower to place soap or shampoo. Somewhat musty odor in the hall. Noise carried through walls. Shower pressure and stream were excellent. Bed was comfortable.

It is an excellent property for the price offered. Positive : There is a DUNKIN right next to it Negative: There is a pub right next to the reception which might not appeal to families.But for youngsters, it is an advantage.

I just needed a place for me and my famiy to stay the overnight before taking a long drive home. We selected this hotel due to it's low price and location. We loved the nice firm bed and shower. Even thought some items in the room could use some maintaining, it was not a major concern. The large mini fridge was adequate for my items and the microwave oven was a plus. We got there late but the staff (Nia & Fifi) were very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. My son enjoyed the gym and was sorry did not get to do some swimming in the indoor pool. It was a modest stay for the price and we enjoyed it.

My only concern is the two other entrances to the hotel that do not require a key for entry, which means anyone can enter the hotel.

The entire building smells like a smoke shop. Roudy groups heard all through the night. The cherry on top was the 0130 a.m fire alarm. Staff was nice.

The hotel itself was adequate, but our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. And people were or had been smoking weed in the bathroom or next door. Very unpleasant.

Rooms are old and dirty. When i complained they offered me a newer room. And charged me an extra 20…. Made me pay in cash. Very shady
