Everything was amazing. We checked in quickly but overall the tv wasn’t working and their wasn’t much to do so we decided to go to the pool.

The best continental breakfast. Staff was filling food as needed.

Honestly I loved it, i went because i had some restaurants to review locally so i got there late so i missed a whole day so i wish they would give a discount. I would come again

We traveled with our friends and unfortunately the rooms were not ready at the time of the Check In... and we told Sr Hector (saturday July 20th) that we needed more time for checkout, he said was not problem.. and the day after, the front desk Miss did not have any customer service attitude. She said, we needed to pay, She apply the hotel policy, etc..etc... without any question or interest about our previuos day situation... Definitely, You lost a Customer. We will never go back.
