Hotel caters to Mayo patients and family and they do an exceptional job. Staff is very friendly, Mayo shuttle is available, breakfast hours are 5:30am-9:30am. The staff accommodated us with a later checkout that allowed us to rest very comfortably between appointments.

We stayed for the first time in this hotel. We loved it!
Although Hotels.com sent me my email confirmation, the sheet NEVER INCLUDED THE NAME OF THE HOTEL. Only the address....we had no idea what place we needed to find without having to use Google!! Please change this error.

I had a pleasant experience with this Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially the shuttle bus guy. He made the ride to the Mayo Clinic a fun one. My only concern was the housekeeping employees because they didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them, but they were very nice. I would return to this Hotel.

Booked a king room on Expedia, when we arrived the room wasn’t available, so we were giving a comparable 2 queen room instead. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast in the morning was average, but can’t complain when it’s free and there’s waffles.
