The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk was polite and courteous as always.

When we checked in their system was down and they were unable to make keys, so they told us that as soon as it came back up they would deliver them to our room. Hours later they had still not delivered anything. Upon finally walking down to ask again for keys they seemed surprised by our request, and then made keys. In addition, the hotel didn’t have the correct reservation information, and instead of offering to reach out to Hotels.com to clear up the issue they told us to figure it out ourselves and insisted on having us pay for a night that we had already paid for through hotels.com. They actually beat on our door, and entered before we were able to respond, telling us that we needed to check out. Upon showing them our confirmation from Hotels.com that proved we had the correct information and they didn’t, they still told us that we could either pay again for the night we had paid for already through hotels.com or get out. They could not have been less accommodating or helpful. Even after showing the confirmation and receipt of payment. No way I’ll ever stay here again.

Great front desk service. That's what I'll remember about this trip. Bill was not just friendly, but he seemed to care about our stay and made some great recommendations. They also hooked us up with a much-needed toothpaste sample for free.

The housekeeper didn’t fully checked the room before someone checks in. The garbage tins were bare, no trash bags in it.she maybe overlooked it. There are no drinking cups. The refrigerator is not cooling.

Service and hotel is good, but did notice black spots in trash cans maybe black mold. Smell of room itself wasn’t the best. Breakfast was good.

It was a nice trip we enjoyed swimming, the breakfast was also good i would stay here again.

Everything was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a wonderful swim and a more than adequate breakfast. There even less choices for coffee! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The staff was friendly but the facility is outdated and smells like pets. Our room have dog food behond the bed. The carpets may just need some cleaning. Not horrible but inwouldnt visit again.

Very clean family friendly facility with excellent helpful staff! Definitely staying here next trip down to visit daughter in college!
