Once again my stay at the Hitchin Post Inn was absolutely fabulous. If you are looking for a quiet, safe and comfortable place to relax this is the place. It's close enough to everything you may want to do in the Pierre, Ft. Pierre area but at the end if the day you can escape and relax. I look forward to returning again in the future.

The reason I booked was because it was not a hotel or a motel. Rather, it was a lovingly restored old home. As it turned out, I booked the last available room, which slept more than we needed; thus, rather pricey. The second disappointment came when i learned that my booking was not actually locacted on the property. It was across the street and down a block from the charming house! Our booking was actually the lower, basement level of another not-so-charming house.

The apartment is spacious. Lots of steps which was ok for us. King bed is devine I didn't want to get up but the incredible made to order breakfast got me up😁

I had to stay in Pierre for work, traveling daily out to customers. Last time I stayed in the holiday inn express & wasn’t impressed so thought I’d try this & would heartily recommend it. Far better & very comfortable, like home away from home

This is a small, older property that gives a very pleasent stay. Cool and comfortable despite very hot weather. Excellent breakfasts.

Beautiful 1907 home with all the amenities of a modern hotel. Room was a little small, but impeccably decorated and equipped.

This was a fun place to stay. Lovely room with balcony. Jetted tub. Deb was wonderful, and gave us great advice on where to eat, and cooked a super breakfast. I appreciated the neighborhood where I could walk in the evening. It is a beautiful place.
