Location, Nice staff

There was a hole in the fitted sheet. One light blanket in the room during winter weather. Noisy heater, noisy parking lot during the night.

room was so dirty, dirty sheets we didn’t stay for our 3 night stay , at Sturgis motorcycle rally price of over 500 per night the least they could have done is put on clean unstained sheets

The breakfast area was the best part. Very friendly worker and very helpful.

Traffic noise. Our fridge did not work, the heater was very loud, and our toilet would make a noise like it was going to flush but stopped when nobody was in the bathroom.

The breakfast and the older lady working were the best part of the stay at this motel.

Wasn't very clean. No chairs to sit outside on balcony. Parking lot was very uneven and garbage everywhere.

We stayed 3 nights and every night we returned nothing had been done to our room. I called and spoke to the front desk and they didn’t have any idea why our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked with fresh towels etc. A man brought us fresh towels the first night. Same thing second night. I call down to the front desk and the sweet girl has no answers for me. We meet half way and she gives me towels, soap, shampoo etc. She lets me know how sorry she is and says she will leave a note for the owners in the morning. The last morning before we leave I go to the front office to report how disappointed I am in the lack of service we received. I walk in and it’s the man who brought the towels up the first time. I tell him that we have not had our room cleaned etc since we had been there. He gets nasty and said I brought you towels the first night and I ask why we have to keep calling for clean ones daily. He tells me if we wanted our room cleaned we should have told them because they weren’t cleaning rooms because of COVID. How come you didn’t tell us that when we first got there or when we booked the room or when you the man that owns the business brought us clean towels! Duh! Let people know what they are paying for but not getting! You must be saving a month on help!

The communications with the owner, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the pool area and carpet on the stairs.

the carpet was pretty dirty- my feet were black after a little bit walking barefoot.

Best hotel breakfast of our entire trip. The eggs and sausage were a welcome change.

The fan in our bathroom was super loud and made a screaming noise when it was on.

The television didn't work. We did inform the front desk but it wasn't/could not(?) during our stay. We did receive a discount on the room as a result, so we were satisfied with the outcome overall.

Judy served as an excellent hostess for the breakfast clients. She was both eager to serve and pleasant to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed her scrambled eggs and sausages. Coffee was plentiful.

I was disappointed by the lack of soap and shampoo. I ended up going to the grocery store for those supplies.

Great breakfast and Judy cooked good eggs and sausage for each guest as ordered.

Building is a work in process and was in need of several repairs. Shower fixture coming out of wall
