I requested a nonsmoking room but none was available, so I initially stayed in a smoking room...which was not very comfortable for me. After two nights they transferred me to the Red Carpet, into a nonsmoking room, which was great. I appreciate their arranging the swap.

I requested a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed and no air conditioning and when I went to change it they gave me another one where there were large cockroaches and no mirror. They supposedly wanted to refund my money.

We arrived early to leave the car in the parking before going to the mall. The man in charge recommended to go by car and find parking easily (Sunday!) - that was a true blessing. On the other hand on the next day he did not inform us that on Columbus day parking is also free and most of the city is closed...So we took a taxi and went back by foot (about 2.5 miles). Pity he did not know... The room was very comfortable for 4 and the price was good too compared to all other options close to the mall.

The hotel is in a bad condition needs to be renewed also I had cockroaches in my room but the area around has lots of good caffès and restaurants

Room didn't match the pics on the booking app, it was burn marks on the blankets in the room... I barely wanted to sleep on the bed cause it felt like somethin was bitin my arms and the tv remote didn't work, no area to get ice or drinks and there wasnt a refrigerator in the room... it was an awful experience there... would NEVER stay there again, the motel 6 out in NY are way better than this crap...

Room was clean. Close to Metro. Free parking. Front desk personel were extremely helpful. Ice machine was inop, but front desk gave me ice from office. Excellent value for location.

The price should’ve been lower, there were giant roaches in the parking lot and one dead one in our room. And the ice machine didn’t work, mold in bathroom, the bed was sinking in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows on a king bed and the blanket was like a curtain, not a real blanket. Other than that, it’s good to just sleep in if you’re not gonna spend much time in the room.

No new towels. When we asked for more . The manager gave my wife one that was torn down one side. Then later they came back with two hand Towels.

We weren’t expecting a 5 star experience but the pillows are so small you would need at least 2 per person and there are not enough of them, there was no shampoo or anything in the shower, the bed was so uncomfortable. I’ve had better sleep on a floor. My wife is covered in bug bites the next day and it had to be from here.

Never again so all I can tell you, NEVER again. The place reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are dingy and dirty. Nasty place, never again
