No mirror close to an outlet so you cannot see your hair as you style or blow dry. Awkward room, excellent service. No fan in toilet room so it always smelled funny. Comfortable bed

This was a very nice hotel stay for four nights. Customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. The entrance to China Town is about 10 steps away from the hotel entrance. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting London for the first time. The only downside was that the sink in the room is actually in the room itself rather than the bathroom, which takes up a lot of space.

The staff didn't care about the customers, it's as if we were an inconvenience, or something that they had to deal with but that's it.
No effort, look around there's lots of places in London that want your business... this place doesn't need it or care about it because they're busy enough.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square.

Central location, right next to Chinatown, was great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the lounge/club area made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

W is known to be a fun and hip vibe, which this hotel is. However the room had a bit of an awkward layout with no real bathroom and the sink in the middle of the room in an island. Location is very convenient in Leicester Sq and at the doorstop of the entrance to Chinatown.
