I had a very good experience! When I checked in my first room had a minor issue and IMMEDIATELY the Manager resolved the matter and switched my room she checked the new room first to ensure it was satisfactory which it was I had a view of the lake and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay Here

The property was convenient to the areas we visited while in Atlanta. The staff was always pleasant and eager to assist when needed.

The list is lengthy. For starters, I went into the hotel with my 4yr and the room was nasty. It smelled horrible, there were ants on the coffee bar and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I called the transfer to another room and it was slightly better. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold around the tub. I will never stay nor recommend anyone to this hotel again. Not to mention because I cancelled my booking directly through the hotel, I am now banned from booking on Expedia again. This whole ordeal was crazy. Also, the ratings on this website is not truthful. Please do your due diligence before booking.

The shuttle driver was very kind.

My experience was terrible. I was locked out of my room for hours due to lock malfunction. All of my items were in there. It was very frustrating

Hotel is tucked away and is in a safe area right on the edge of a massive shopping center. Lots of homeless camps around the area, such as the bank drive-thru next door and the end of the cul-de-sac drive. Parking was plentiful but would not recommend parking too far away from the entrance if you can help it. There was an abandoned-looking car or two towards the back that I'm assuming people were living in. Do not recommend going to pick up food from local establishments in person, better to order delivery to the hotel or get fast food at one of the places in the shopping center. Very friendly staff. Gym TV does not work. Room smelled strongly of chlorine or some sort of chemical, I'm assuming it was the old A/C units but they worked and I got used to it while I was in the room.

We came as a group and rented a few rooms the hotel was nice and close to our venue. The back of the hotel had a nice scenery to relax and or take pictures. Easy and quick check in. Breakfast was okay as well
