We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Flora. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Our room was spacious and cozy. I recommend this boutique hotel for couples!

We were 7 staying at the hotel for a girlie weekend. Despite prior requests to have the rooms near each other there seemed to have been no effort to do this. We asked one room to be moved as it was noisy and unsuitable and we were charged extra for the priviledge even though the new room seemed the same size. Simple requests such as cocktails and coffee in the lobby were met with unfriendly responses and a long wait. The breakfasts were excellent and the XL room was a super space. The terrace in the middle of the hotel was a nice touch but the walls are a bit ugly and unkempt. The coffee machines in the corridor would have been ok if there were more. The area around the hotel is great with shopping and restaurants. There was no noise disturbances at all. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. A little more warmth and customer service from the staff would have been appreciated. Probably won't stay there again but loved the area and the frontage of the hotel.

However, every day at around 4am there were trucks being unloaded either by the hotel or other local businesses directly underneath our window. Add in the cobbled streets and you have a ridiculous amount of noise guaranteed to awaken you. We made the mistake of not putting on the 'do not disturb' for the cleaning staff not to clean the room because when we returned from breakfast, we discovered that they had mopped around our suitcases, making the very limited floor space soaking wet. The breakfast was simply superb, there are many different options available to you.

Bikes and scooters available right outside the door for rent from an app. Helpful and pleasant staff, very clean room. The housekeeping is excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Room was big (we are a family of 4) and super clean. Great location- easy walk to everything and very quiet. Breakfast was included and really delicious. Would stay again without hesitation.

Locayed right in the heart of the city, you can walk to gistorical placrs and restaurants. There is a market nearby as well. The breakfast was self service and very good. Right in front is a public space for hanging out and having a drink or meal
