We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy.
We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉

Great stay. Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice room and good shower although no view just back yard. Owners super helpful and friendly . Bit tricky for car access and limited parking but that was expected .

The owners were wonderful. Very solicitous of me and any needs I might have. Breakfast Was terrific, everything and each room were very clean. Wonderful place to stay and I will be back with friends and family. Thank you!!

We stayed here for 1 night on a quick trip down to Cornwall. Margaret and Owen were great hosts and very attentive. Location was great, right in the centre of Newquay with lovely views of the beach. The only downside is the lack of parking at the property and being unable to get a space outside on the road, meaning we had to park in a car park.
This was only a few minutes walk away but was only free between 00:00-9:00 unlike other reviews we previously had seen saying it was free from 4pm/6pm - 9:00am

Staff / hosts were very friendly, room was clean & Comfortable, bed was great .. host asked how mattress was - as it was new .. Breakfast selection was varied & plentiful. Excellent location .. Quiet .. walkable to all nearby attractions, shopping & eateries.

The Minerva is a delightful B&B with a very personable staff and a great location. Their breakfast is very good and features pastries from local bakers. A large variety of resturants, pubs, and shopping are within easy walking distance as is one of the beaches. I heghly recommend this for a nice comfortable stay.

Excellent stay as always!! Great welcome and a surprise of an upgrade with a balcony.
I am gluten free and the breakfast was fully gluten free which was amazing
