地點方便，房間寬敞，旅館本身或附近餐飲種類豐富,一切都不錯! 唯一一點稍微沒讓人感受舒適的是 房間內部空調系統為中央控制, 房客只有選擇開或不開! 11/30 當晚房內是暖房, 熱得讓人受不了,只差沒全裸睡覺! 這點有待改善!
The Air condition inside the room can not adjust the temperature. It was too hot that let the gust feel uncomfortable ! Please reduce the temp setting and also save the energe !

One of the best hotels during our trip to Japan. Very conveniently located next to a large railway station, with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Quite large, elegantly furnished rooms and extremely polite service.

Overall it was an excellent stay . One thing I noticed was , there were no towels hanging hooks or anything that I can hang used wet towels other than above the tab or the sink . Those works for the smaller towels but not for the bath towel which it is a longer .

Elevated walk from station in minutes. All retail and dining needs at Sogo a few minutes walk away. Staff happy to provide a few extras if needed. Escorted to room with bags on arrival.

Everything was excellent. The room is a small for US Standards, but that was expected. They were very accommodating with a late check out and the charge was very reasonable. Access to Omiya station is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

A nice hotel, close to JR station. A Sogo and Big camera are opposite from the hotel, it is nice to have a shopping. But no laundry machine within the hotel, a bit disappointed.

Walkable from Omiya Station we arrived early they managed to stored our luggage and bring them up to the room when we came back later in the afternoon
