Internet is way to slow to work , staff is slow to react. Hotel is very dark inside and ac control is not working properly, thankfully the weather got cold next day!

Rooms are spacious, bed in room 1111 is kind of hard in my opinion, no doubt there are guests who prefer it that way. The bathroom has seen better days and the carpet needs some serious deep cleaning or replacement.

I had my daughter fell down while in the hotel premises. the staff was very quick to respond and took us to hospital immediately. They even offered a late check out so that we can rest post the hospital visit. Excellent Staff and i cant be thankful enough to the hotel manager and the support staff.

Front desk agent was not able to demonstrate that the room was not occupied for 24h before my check-in

It’s not a nice Hotel definitely it wasn’t a 5 stars experience, the first thing that annoying me was the bed sheet because it was dirty, the second one the control remotes and the TV both not worked and finally the air conditioner dos not work well obviously by those reasons the expensive Hotel was empty

It could be the best hotel in Xalapa, it should get better once they can use all the gardens and pool.

We had a couple of issues. The AC and the card reader to the door. We had to complain for 4 days before we where given a new room. We received two day coupon for the buffet for our troubles but I would have rather them address my concerns the the first time I brought them up.

Im originally from xalapa, although i dont live there anymore. this was a holiday vacation with my family to see our relatives. The hotel condition is perfect and my kids had a great time. The breakfast buffet is great! We will definitely stay at gamma next time we are in town.
