Nice experience and very comfortable beds in the room we stayed in

As a solo woman traveling, I felt Uncomfortable staying at this property. Men were hanging out in front of their room. There was a pick up truck backed up to a room with two people sitting in the back, socializing with people in the room. The police periodically Patroled the parking lot and at one point I was getting something from my car thanks spoke to the police and couldn’t believe the motel was on Expedia. I made sure I had the chain across my door at all times and left immediately in the morning. That said, there was nothing wrong with the room at all. It was clean had a refrigerator and smart TV and I think the shower was brand new.

Worst place i have ever stayed. It was just so dirty and gross. There was mold in some places. Ac was dirty and they rewired it to the point it was a fire hazard. One of the fridges had mold in it. It was cheap so i took it but you get what you pay for. Just don't.

Very Dirty sheets, when asked for extra sheets only gave us pillow.

Bathroom had been updated but that’s about it. Bed needs to be replaced, the term “kitchenette “ needs to be modified since there was basically a small fridge and sink, microwave, hot plate was a mess. Furniture as a whole would need to be replaced and thrown out. Only one wastebasket and curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. Parking lot had cigarette butts and broken glass.

Very dirty place. Found bedbugs on the walking around, brought the issue to the management proof of video and live bug in the cup. But they refused to cooperate and refund the amount. DO NOT BOOK at THIS PLACE. Expedia did not help out too.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It was a terrible way to end our vacation, and it was the most stressful and unpleasant night of the trip. I am requesting a refund from Expedia due to the lack of security, false information, and cleanliness. This place should not be listed on Expedia, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. It was not safe at all. First of all, I had booked in the hotel, not a motel, because all the pictures on Expedia's website made it look nice and well-kept. But when we got there, it was a terrible surprise. The front desk was disgusting, and the staff rude. I was very scared because I was alone with my kids. The room was filthy. The door felt unsafe and we saw bugs on the bed. I had brought my own sheets and put them on the pillows, but I couldn’t sleep all night because I was very worried. There were people in the room next to us shouting about bedbugs, The bathroom was disgusting, the tub has a hole taped and there were big ants walking on the floor. The worst part was that I felt completely unsafe. The environment was chaotic, with people shouting, drinking, and the smell of drugs in the air. One drunk man was holding a bottle and circling around. I was afraid to leave my room. they charged me $148.76 It was completely overrated, and I felt scammed. The actual condition of the motel was far from what was advertised. It was clear that the pictures on the website were either outdated or heavily edited to make the place look better

The main door had a chain on the door but no latch on the wall!!!! When I reported this, the receptionist offered me a second room. Different issues in this room. Water dripping from the bathroom ventilation fan and water all over the bathroom floor, a falls hazard. Mold on the ceiling. The whole room had a strong, unpleasant odour. TV not working (no service) and the buttons on the remote control were all scratched off. Telephone in the room not working, no dial tone. The bedroom door was difficult to properly latch and unable to verify if locked from the outside once you are in the room since there was no deadlock or button on the handle. The réponse of the receptionist? I’m being difficult for the cheapest room in the city! I paid $178 and I expect a half decent room that respect health and safety standards!

Our room which we first got was not at all clean there were stuff in the drawers and then when we went for complaining their cleaning staff was drinking alcohol and beers which was so disgusting to us. We got the other room but that was also not upto the mark and we were even not provided with proper toiletries.
