It was pretty clean in the room just 2 bugs. I appreciated the silverware and stuff. Unfortunately there was no shampoo or conditioner. The site says toothbrush at request but costed money. Also, you can hear the doors creek open at night and the outside lights go through the blinds a lot at night.

Everything was ok

Hair dryer did not work. Hair in the tub Tv reception was very bad and blurry

The accommodations were nice: the wood floors were mostly clean; and the room was spacious. A three-quarter size fridge I microwave utensils, plates, and glasses and a sink all included.. parking in the courtyard seems secure and the room is reasonably quiet. The marble table and bar are beautiful the bathroom and shower are modern.

There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, some hotels don’t leave them out, but it wasn’t offered at check in…

nice little area that was cheap and safe to be around, it was super quiet around too so never had any noise complaints

Check-in staff was superb. The room was nice and quiet especially being on the street with on ramp to 101 I was pleasantly surprised. The thing that left a bad impression for me was on checkout. The woman had major negative attitude as if I was putting her out.

They Threw away various items that were not trash and no where near the trash bin.

Traveled 9 hours and my boyfriend and I were exhausted. We checked in around 9 pm and right in front of our room a person was working on the hotel sign until 11 pm. He was using a lift and it was super loud. Also the mattress is just a box with springs. You can feel every single spring too. Called to see if we can get another room or speak to the manager but the guy at the front desk said the manager wasn’t in until later. He then proceeded to say that we needed to call at 5 am but anything after that the staff would be mad!? Staff mad!? What about your customer? After calling and visiting the front desk for the manager, they said they’d call our room when the manager would be by. Never got a call… Also parking was always full. Just avoid this place all together.

Loved this hotel! You can tell it's clean making it super comfortable. The staff is very nice. Convenient stores next door. Overall stay 10/10.

This place is across the street from the freeway. The Curtains muffled the sound pretty well. Next time we will ask to be in the courtyard. There is a Jack in the Box, Caffino, Liquor store and a real grocery within a couple hundred yards.. It has a full sized refrigerator and half sink for minor food prep. If we were staying more than 1 day, we would have asked for a second chair. Front desk was very ameniable and I am sure would have gotten us one.
