From the moment we arrived they were very accommodating, we were extremely early for check in so they stored our luggage until check in time.
Downstairs there is a restaurant that has breakfast for all guests. And they also serve lunch and dinner. It was fantastic, every morning we were staying there it was a real treat. The ladies running the restaurant were friendly and very pleasant to be around. When we return we will be staying there again. We just loved it, walking distance to everything, shopping, restaurants and even Larcomar..
The cost of the rooms were very reasonable especially with breakfast added.

Staying at Britannia Miraflores was an absolutely pleasant experience. Since the moment I arrived. The security person at the door welcomed me and walk with my luggage, then the front desk was nice and friendly, the concierge took my luggage to my room and the following day the great service was impressive. Definitely a place to go back on my next visit to Lima.

The area outside the hotel feels generally safe and looks clean.
Although my room was nice and clean. I personally found the bed too firm and slightly uncomfortable.
Overall, I do recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Miraflores.

Terrible so far. Took us 3 goes tto get room right. First one 2 beds not 1, next stunk of mould. Last one no a/c only fan, hot water shower runs out fast, no air conduct, water flooded onto floor. TV tricky to operate. Bed nice though. Breakfast soon, see how that is. Oh, and charged my peru partner extra $10 for her stay. Most hotels dont charge that fee. Goodwill factor, mean.

The check is is very good. We need to leave the hotel at 6:30am, and managed to habve our breakfast 5mins before the breakfast time. Staff are nice and carry our luggage to the lobby.

Basic modern hotel with everything you need. Comfy bed , great shower. Close to Panchita -good food a block away.

the worst bed and pillow I ever sleep at: too hard. During and after staying at the hotel, I got head and neckache for a couple of days later. Neither 2 and 3 star hotels I stayed, had a terrible bed and pillows.
Neither the hotel staff can change the terrible experience I had.
