I had prepurchased my room, upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available. It took about 45 minutes to get in a room. The shower is not so great. I also found several long hairs in the sink

Booked a room months before my intended stay with Hotels.com, prepaid for the room only to be informed that they had overbooked the hotel and there was no room available for me. Had to book my own room at another nearby hotel.

The rooms are not completely sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and had a neighbor directly above us that was walking back and forth making a lot of noise late at night keeping us from sleep. We could also hear the neighbors in one of the rooms directly next to us talking and keeping us up.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Room could have been cleaned better and stocked better as far as tissue. Breakfast was very mediocre. Overall my stay was ok for what I needed it for. I would stay again.

The hotel lacked a security lock, and a homeless person knocked on our door asking for money. I immediately called the front desk, but no one responded or came to assist. He continued knocking for about seven minutes before leaving. When I later stepped out, I saw him lingering near the hotel entrance. This situation felt very unsafe and alarming

The room was clean the staff was ffiendly. The plumbing was noisy and heard pipe noises all night, and the walls are paper thin. The person next door snoring kept us up all night long. I ask for a king room when I made my reservation and the staff put me in a double bed.

I am sure DHS was hiding illegals at this hotel. They were all over the place like a pack of wiild animals. Democrat operatives were registering them to vote on the lobby.
I'm sure this is playing out all over the country. Just wanted to let people know qhat's going on with our tax money. Half your paycheck is being wotheld to house and feed illegals so the dems can use them for an extra 20 million votes in teo months.

I've stayed at 5 or 6 marriott's. This one has the friendliest staff. The are welcoming & made me feel comfortable. By far the best staff at any hotel ive been at.

That’s the worst hotel that I’ve been!! The staff are so rude and they gave me and my family an awful experience !!the woman in the front desk is so bad and made me feel so uncomfortable there !! So thank for this experience because I’ll never be there again! I’ve been there yesterday! so I’ll never recommend this place for anyone!

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire place was very clean. The outside was well lit. Located right off main highway.
The only thing that would have been better is if there was a flat to the floor walk-in shower for my handicapped husband but there were grab bars in the tub-shower.

The hotel is in a nice location, easy to get to, and close to Matthews. What put this hotel over the top was the customer service of the evening desk clerk. I am so sorry i didnt get his name. He was the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating gentleman you could ask for. We also dealt with the cleaning staff who were happy and polite and friendly. Obviously management is doing something right by their employees. The hotel is nice, but we will absolutely come back for the service!

It was comforting. However, we were there with two children and the food service staff stated that the juice machine was out of service. They provided water as the only beverage.
I would hope that a large chain would send someone to the supermarket to buy some juice for their clients.

Great staff, ok breakfast, great place to stay, but noisy neighbors across the street from the hotel. Next time I am in Charlotte I will be staying again. Well done!

I was very happy with my stay at Fairfield Inn.
The front desk staff was fantastic. I interacted with several front desk staff and they were all very responsive, kind and friendly. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Mikey since I interacted with him the most.
The room only had one issue. The door had to be shut very hard to make sure the lock engaged.
I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn to others.
