Got bumped flying standby and this hotel was quite affordable. Unfortunately pool was closed so that was a disappointment as temps were high. Room was basic and fine but our key didn’t work the second time we used it—kind of annoying. Nice breakfast in very nice dining area with lots of windows. Had dinner buffet too but that was a little pricey so we got conbini dinner from store on first floor. That was great!

We had to wait a day for our flight. This hotel was close, had a shuttle, rooms were larger than normal, and the paid breakfast was worth it.

This was absolutely horrid. The bed was COVERED in bed bugs. The bathroom was disgusting, the fridge smelled like something was left in it for months. The carpet was moldy. The the shower head was spraying water everywhere other than IN the shower. The room was compact and TINY. My wife and I literally left at 2am and went to sleep in the car until 9am, went to shower and checkout. Did not complete the 2 night stay. We went to the Hilton 5 mins away.

Very pleasant stay, room larger than average, and lovely views, great breakfast, and excellent frequent shuttle bus service to airport. On downside, rooms are rather dated, perfectly adequate, and everything works, but in need of some refurbishment.

Good pick up, friendly staff. Beautiful sheets & pillows. But no natural light as there were no windows so I feel closed off in a box. Cheap good breakfast.

The hotel was well equipped, the room clean and comfortable, and the window and window blinds blocking out sound and light completely, allowing for a great night's sleep before the flight. I would recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable stay getting in and out from Tokyo.

It was a really nice stay. Checking in and checking out was really smooth. The hotel was clean and nice. Their decorations were well placed and sufficient lightening. Only thing I wished they had was more breakfast options for their breakfast.

I appreciated how easy it was to figure out the airport transit; you can find the schedule on the website. Upon check in, I was informed of the hotel’s bus that goes to the JR station and well as the Aeon Mall nearby. Note that it isn’t a large bus, but more of a transit van. The room was what my family (two children & myself) needed to for our overnight stay in Narita. I’d recommend this hotel to those who are transiting through Narita as we did. It was great to be able to leave the property to explore or get to the airport without having to pay for a taxi. Also, the convenience mart in the lobby had a great selection of food & drinks in case we weren’t up to leaving the property after a long travel day. The staff was very helpful even though we don’t speak Japanese. Overall very good experience.

When I come back to Japan, this is where I will stay. Only issue I had was there was not enough outlets for all the things I need to plug-in, so bring a power cord with extra plugs.

The shuttle bus from and to the airport are on time! When i asked for an iron or steamer, one wa adelivered to ke right away! It is a quiet, safe place near the terminal 2 narita area for a lay over/delayed/cancelled flights. The only thing is that the air is centralized by the hotel so during February tiem, they turn the heater on! But the front deks advised me to open tje windows if i want it cooler.

The best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff, but the room was also very comfortable. It’s a little dated as others have noted, but it’s clean, quiet and a very good option for an early flight out of Narita airport. The shuttle is a nice big bus and ran perfectly on time.
