The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic. Parking was a hot mess though. I prepaid for parking with my reservation and upon arrival we had to circle the block around the hotel multiple times in heavy city traffic waiting for a spot to open up to valet our car (none did after 30+ mins, so we had to park elsewhere and pay again for the first 6 hours of our stay). Came back later to park overnight and again took about 20 mins just for valet staff to come take the keys to park the car). Then the following morning it took about an hour to get our car back to leave. I would happily stay at the element again but I absolutely would not park there again. It's not worth the headache

I always love this place! Never disappointed. It’s located near everything in Philly. Good pricing, kitchen in the room, spacious room and bathroom. Lots of fun things to do around the hotel in walking distance. Great free breakfast!

I liked it,,, nice room,,, nice breakfast,,,, I would recommend separate shampoo and conditioner rather than a combined solution. Valet service was a bit slow and expensive

Excellent location and building floor layout. Excellent people and service. Excellent free breakfast. Experienced issues with connecting to their wifi and the issue was handled by their tech staff immediately. Their tech department was competent and professional. Best tech support one can receive anywhere. The hotel even called me to follow up afterwards to ensure the issue was resolved.

I had a very bad experience. The hotel have a very bad service of vallet parking and you pay 70 dollars a day for a terrible service.
As soon as tou arrive, they do not pick your bags. And when I checked out the car took more than 1 hour to come to the front desk of the hotel. And I had sent a text message for them 30 minutes before that I was going to leave as they requested.
Really a terrible service and the front desk did not do anything to help,, saying that the valley was from another company.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless, and the room seemed newly renovated. Bright, spacious, and quiet. Staff were both efficient and, if not friendly, quite helpful. I made a mistake when booking my stay and they accommodated the needed change without complaint. The room was modern, fully equipped if you need kitchen amenities, with a large bathroom. This may be the only urban hotel I’ve stayed in that I would make a point to return to. Excellent on all dimensions!

Price was 100$ more than what I was quoted online. The parking service had to be a valet service and it was truly terrible. Will never stay at the element again and I will never book a hotel stay online again.
