I have stayed at this property on a few occasions. It’s a lovely place and conveniently located. I was, however, disappointed that they weren’t willing to refund or give credit for a night missed because of a delayed flight. I called the day of the reservation around 5 pm to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving that night and was told that they were full and it was too late in the evening to cancel. The reasoning was strange, if you’re full why would canceling be an issue?

It was excellent. The staff went above and beyond. This will be my go to place from now on. The kitchen staff was excellent. My room was always clean.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms . Staff very friendly . The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is be sure the variety of food options and the fact there is no lunch available . Everything else was superb

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was very pleasant and we absolutely loved it. They served breakfast and dinner as part of the reservation. The staff was on point with everything. They helped with parking and even umbrellas for the rain. This was the most beautiful and elegant hotel that we have ever stayed at. I have never had a hotel with this great of service even in the United States. I definitely recommend and we will definitely be back! Very affordable, hot water, A/C, pool, television, great customer service and very quick response. 20/10!!!

This is my second stay. I love everything about this place. Location close to restaurants etc. Staff is accomodating and friendly. The restaurant waiter is very professional and courteous...

Cute and comfortable little hotel in a very convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
