Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views.
They also have a photography service, rental car booth, excursion booth and clothing store.
Staff was amazing they were always so helpful. Our room was a little outdated compared to our friend's, but it was comfy and clean.

Second time staying at this property - perfect location. The staff demonstrate good customer service; they are polite & helpful - it is service with a smile. I cannot fault any aspect of my staff at D-Beach & I look forward to returning soon.

The hotel stays in a very good location of Ponta negra, surrounded by bars and restaurants. You don't need to ask for the full board, you can have better options around the hotel. Food is not a high point as well as the service. I had to ask 3 times to clean my room and 4 times to have a couple of extra pillows.
The pool is nice but the water was a little cold, there is no heater. The towels were charged if you want to use by the pool or take to the beach , I didn't think that is a good experience
