Didn't realize it was a long stay hotel, so there were some ... interesting characters in the lobby. Lots of children, not that there's anything wrong with that, just wasn't the hotel feel I was expecting - everything was fine.

I liked how spacious the room was. Didn’t like how hot the hallways were or the lobby. The bathroom sink taps were loose and the clothes hanger on the bathroom door was falling off.

The man was super friendly but our room not so good. Bath tub didnt work so my child couldnt take a bath, the air conditioner blew cold air but didnt cool the room down and the pullout couch only came out so far so couldnt use it. Told front desk but they didnt fix the bed. Thought they fixed the tub but it wouldnt hold water.

Cleaning staff cleaned bathroom after 1 night even after the guy said we needed to call for service. They left a towel over the tub when I took the towel down several bugs came out of the fresh towel. It really grossed me out for the rest of our stay.
