Our stay at the Taj Cidade De Goa Horizon was just simply fantastic. This is our second time staying at this wonderful Hotel. We loved our stay so much that we extended it to another 3 more days. We would like to give a shout out and comment on the exceptional service by the following staff. 1. Vishaka - at the Reservations was just awesome . 2. Meena - the server at the Restaurant for our breakfast 3. Bhanu - the server at the Restaurant for our breakfast - both the servers were very quick in their service towards us. Thanks again to TAJ Horizon for making our stay very memorable!

The club room is great. The facilities are superb. The dinner could be a bit better though

I've been to a number to Taj hotels. But the service, spa and food here was average.

They don't have beach access in the resort, we need to take a shuttle to go beach which was inconvenient.

Only downfall is the amount of people in the breakfast room, not controlled and pushing to get things, just felt a bit out of sorts.
Staff also couldn’t understand when we requested the Breakfast by the Sea option listed on their welcome leaflet, so we did not partake in this paid extra activity.

Top quality rooms and lobby but not a lot of choice of restaurants and almost no where to walk to which we missed especially in the morning. The pools at horizon were a little soleless so we used heritage which is part of sane complex.
Make sure you ask fir a room without a connecting door, we did have noise from next door.

Exceptional customer service by very friendly staff. Quality of food superlative. They served fresh and very tasty food every time. Ocean view from terrace is unique.
