Easy check in, spacious and clean. Close to resaturants. Really nice area. We parked on the street overnight and it was about €2-3 for 10 hrs. Overall really nice stay and would come back!

I have much appreciation to all the staff and Helena, who prepared fresh local food every morning and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. She even packed breakfast for me and my wife the night before we left since we were leaving for breakfast the next day. Thank you!

The staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Service is personal and the Casa is a beautiful inn in a magical city.

Very friendly staff, good tips regarding sights around. The breakfast was fantastic. The only negative note is that almost impossible to park around... I offer this hotel to all travellers.

Lovely greeting upon arrival with lots of information about the area and how to get around. The room was really nice, and well stocked with things we may need. The breakfast was enjoyable. Only downsides were that it was slightly out of the way (which helped with noise, but added to already busy walking days), and the shower wasn’t in perfect condition. Overall, the brightness of the room and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond expectations made this a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in this special town. The service was great and we got good tips on places to visit. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The heating unit in the bathroom didn't work, but it wasn't a problem for us. Having some port wine in the room was a nice touch. The included breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The location was in the newer part of the town, which wasn't as convenient, but we found a wonderful restaurant close by and it wasn't very far to walk to the train station.

We got many useful advices for our stay in Sintra and felt real hospitality. Ana Isabel was kind enough to send me to Lisbon some accessories for my phone that I had left in the room when leaving the hotel. I highly recommend Casa da Estefanea.

Loved the hotel! From the breakfast, to location, to the room, it was great. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was a short walk from the train station and upon arrival we were greeted by hotel staff who gave us great tips on what to see (best deals), transportation, and where to eat. Our room wasn't ready until after 1500 (I believe check in is at 1400), but that's ok because we were able to sit downstairs in the eating area and wait in the air conditioned area until it was ready. We really loved our room. Bright, with a nice view of the Moorish Castle out in the distance. Air conditioning worked great. Our bed was large and comfy with tons of pillows! They have a small elevator to help with luggage if needed. The breakfast was good... Portuguese style breakfast with bread, cheese and desserts (but also had a couple of warm options). Of all our hotels in Portugal, this one was our favourite.
