We booked our trip late and there were many hotels available for 4 adults in one room. The room was large. There was a wedding or something noisy in the hotel. I slept through it others could not. My wife told me her back hurt from mattress next day. Hotel food was ok

We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital.
Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room!
The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs.

Everything was alright except for key card must be returned. What kind of hotel these days that force customer to returned the key card which they only gave 1 each room or be fined.

I was satisfied when i Stay in this hotel for three night. The room is good and clean eventhough it's small. The breakfast is good, the services and facilities are good. The hotel employee give more help to the guest. I will recommend this hotel to stay

Excellent location very close to Paris van java mall and easy to find foods. The room need extra clean, I found stained on bed sheets and room has weird smell.

Small but really comfortable room for the sake of having rest after the whole day spent for shopping.
Thumbs up to hotel staff who help us changed the comforter at 12pm without any complain.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They provided assistance when I need it.

The movie channels had great movies.
The room was not sound proof though. I can hear noises outside the room from early morning. People were shouting and making lots of noises. It disturbed my sleep.

Its quite good actually, compared with the other budget hotel. The room quite large, and its comfortable also. They also applied the security card for accessing the guest floor.
