All the staff of the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay such a pleasure. The hotel is also in a great locay

Rooms were small but cleverly appointed. Staff were outstanding - very professional but at the same time very friendly and helpful. It's not that common a combination.

Nice hotel however I’ve ordered (and paid) for room service which never came and was not refunded. Not acceptable - will not stay again

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The place felt very safe and staff were available if needed. A lovely new building, that was very well equipped and clean. Overall a lovely place to stay.

A very nice stay. Good access to the sights, but the Ile de Machines is easier by car, there is a large car park. We found the standard room, in the old hotel side, small and difficult to navigate at night! We would have liked to shut off the air conditioning, but apparently the master switch isn't obvious. Breakfast was pleasant. If you want to use the underground parking then call ahead to reserve, but space size and entry/exit would be a very BIG challenge for the large SUVs. Good for one night,not perhaps more. Less than a year old.

Clean and comfortable hotel in easy walking distance of the centre of Nantes and restaurants etc. Good breakfast, good storage /parking for our bicycles and friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great except the parking. We were told to go to a parking lot that turned out to be private for employees of something. Luckily the security let us out. So the hotel staff need to be more clear where to go…maybe a small map that shows where to go.

Everything was super clean, neat and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but worth every penny. Only weird thing was that they literally had zero washcloths. We double checked. Having said that, they provided cute toiletries that had make up removers and pads. Still, washing my body with a hand towel did not seem eco friendly.

The hotel was in great condition, with a comfortable bed and a nice TV. A special shoutout to the concierge and reception desk staff for making the check-in process very smooth. Although we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, the manager graciously offered us complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurant and bar had a lovely ambiance, and our room was spotless, with excellent shower pressure, powerful AC, and modern, attractive decor. We would definitely return if we visit Nantes again. However, there was one negative experience: in the morning, while I was getting ready, a housekeeping staff member entered our room without notifying us and quickly closed the door when she saw me in the bathroom, without offering an apology. It was an extremely awkward and unpleasant moment.

Close to walking area & great staff. Parking is an issue

We booked the junior suite which was fantastic. The balcony was large and in the sun all day with two chairs and a table. The weather was very hot when we were there and the air con in the room was very good. There was a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room. The only down side was no bottled water and no fridge in the room. If we returned to Nantes we would definitely book this hotel and room again.

Very clean hotel, convenient for us to stay overnight in Nantes. The hotel has a parking with limited capacity so make sure to book a park spot when booking your room. If there's no more spot left, there's still a huge underground public parking available within 3-5 min walk. Hotel was clean, pretty and very friendly staff.
