I liked the hygiene. Property was well kept. Staff was friendly. Free Wifi was a plus.

Lobby was air conditioned, room was nice, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay her again.

At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest.
But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name.
On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge).
The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel.
But polite service and excuses make the difference !

As Douala has no good hotel this is so far the best choice in Douala. The breakfast was quite limited. The airco worked well. The bed quality was ok.

don't look at the pictures. the room of photos maybe are not there but in another hotel. Lastly but not least, pay attention on the staff people starting from the reception because they will try since you step in to cheat you money with extras, fee unregular and even when you pay after they will apply you again, and when you don't have the proof of payment they will charge again and again and again...

David is the best bellman I've met so far in my life.
Very impressed by this hotel. This is, in my opinion the best hotel by far in douala. I'll make sure, all my friends and family in Houston know about this hotel.
