Beautiful property. Love the courtyard and the different areas to relax inside and outside the hotel. Peaceful place to be while in Lyon.

Menu options very limited as there is virtually nowhere to eat nearby. No information nor menus in the rooms. Wasn’t told that there was info on the key until I checked out. Beautiful building and great staff.

We were there for just one night. To see the Olympic futball game. The hotel was stunning. Amazing building. We were unable to enjoy any of the surrounding things.

This was just an overnight stop over and was convenient for our plans. A lovely property at the top of Lyon so not advisable if you want to walk into the centre but an easy stroll to the cathedral and great views over the city. If we had hot water on the morning we were departing I would have not hesitated to give an excellent score all around. I would also add that the drinks are expensive a bit of an annoyance at many hotels which puts you off stopping at the bar but that’s not a complaint.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. The moment you walk into the lobby, you’re transported to another world and feel as if you’re part of something historic. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and at our service. The worst part about our stay is that we have to leave.

The staff was excellent and our dinner was superb.

Wonderful unique property. Walking distance to Roman museum, basilica Notre-Dame of Fourvière and tram to Lyon shopping and dining. Nice spa and we enjoyed the quiet area around the pool.

We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with an extensive variety of choices on the courtyard lawn. The pool was a 10/10! And on a hot summer day the AC was a wonderful reprieve. This will easily be added to our list of places to return.

Absoloutely beautiful hotel, stunning building, dining area and pool. The breakfast was OK but extremely unpractical and felt that it was chaotic, far too little place to move, no place to put tray when trying to get food, not much room at all and tea and coffee had to wait 5 minutes in queue, seriously need to rethink set up here. Otherwise fantastic service from especially the young lady who served us dinner, and so beautiful to eat dinner and breakfast in the courtyard. Lovely pool and garden, really enjoyed this superb hotel, stayed for 1 night and didnt leave once!

An extraordinary property exquisitely renovated and with a dream of a front desk staff. It seems a world away from the city, but is just a short funicular ride down. A very special hotel.
