I love worth of money

The Staff was very helpful but was rather upset that TV was old, wifi inadequate

My stay here was overall amazing. Friendly staff always helpful the housekeepers are angels. The room are very spacious clean and up to date

I didn’t like anything, when arrived at the the hotel the rep couldn’t find my name call 3 other reps to help him after 10 minutes he told room # 115 lobby was smelly I got in the room lights were broken tub dirty toilet seat dirty bed was made but when I lifted the mattress I saw something crawling so I took my belongings and left the hotel didn’t spend even 10 minutes in it , there was no refund even though I did sleep in the hotel room at all. Please everyone spend a bit more to get a better sleeping place. Stay away from guests inn & suites, the care to do any maintenance stay away or you will end up with bed bugs or other crawling insects. Madison G

I was allowed early check in with no hassle.Extended the room with cash next day,no hassle.I wish all of the properties on here were even remotely as easy to work with.Spacious rooms.Pretty quiet.Nice pool.Helpful staff.Good internet.Not the Ritz Carlton,but helpful good service goes a lot further in my book.This will be one of my regular stays moving forward.

Well they asked for my tag number that caused my car to get repossessed for one payment late that that's my thought but they put your tag number into something which is illegal that's like entrapment they put it into some system and it comes up if you're a payment late one payment late that will come get your s***

Some of the staff were friendly and I liked that each room had a smart TV
