Good: quiet Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day.

Very friendly staff, able to check in early was great. Secure parking. Very clean and comfortable room even though on the small size.

Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments. The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full. The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece. The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park. Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue. Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

The one bedroom was too small that we didn’t have enough place to put our luggage and open them. The main area was also very small with a broken sofa bed. There was no air conditioner and not much circulation. It was hell warm. Not even a decent view. The room that they checked us in for 3 adults and one kid, was barely enough for a couple

This is more like a mediocre hostel than a hotel. No ac in the rooms, extra charge for fans and parking even though the gate was broken so lot was not secure. Our last room had holes in the walls, was dirty and my grandchild had to sleep on cushions on the floor because the pullout couch had springs that protruded through the mattress. Wallpaper was ripped away from walls and breakfast was just adequate.

Room was dirty and had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke as did all corridors. Really horrid. Shower didn’t work. Sink dirty. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!

Had a brief stay here for two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the studio was as described, with pretty much everything you would need for a longer stay. The property was a little far from town on foot, but there was a local bus service nearby, and there were also several supermarkets in the area for stocking up the kitchenette. There were two minor issues; some food had been left behind in the fridge, and there was a sharp piece of broken plastic sticking out from the shower in the bathroom, so the cleanliness and maintenance could have been a little better. Overall though, it was good for the price, I would stay here again
