We really enjoyed our stay here! We picked a room for four people (three adults and a baby) and loved how big the room was. It was clean and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with more drinks than were used to getting free. The staff members were nice, and checking in and out was easy. Also the hotel is connected directly to the airport terminals, so it can’t be beat for convenience. We’d recommend!

Excellent Front desk service. Room was clean and modern. No, frills but more than sufficent . Nice Morning Breakfst for 10 Euro, made catching an early flight quite easy.

The hotel is good for what it is - a place to sleep at the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some work as the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor due to a very slow drain.

The good: It's super convenient for our upcoming flight to already be in the airport. The not so good: The woman wasn't particularly friendly and she wouldn't let us leave our bags until a room was ready, the bathroom floors and walls could use a good cleaning, the open shower sprays a lot of water on the floor, the thermostat was locked so we were cold, and the TV only had a few working channels. Overall, we would stay again, for the convenience factor.

The property was easy to locate. Very conveniently located so that we could fly out early. It was clean and the beds were comfy!

We are not the budget hotel type of travelers. Holiday Inn Express is an example of the type of hotel we like. We had a 12 hour, overnight layover at FCO. We are too old to try sleeping in the airport. This hotel is located in the airport. Price seemed fair for a bed to sleep in for a few hours. This was not going to be our home base for a Roman holiday. So, why not? We found a room that was adequately clean. Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets. Small refrigerator in the room. TV, although we did not use. Bare bones basic. Were the walls scuffed up? Yes. Did the bathroom chrome glisten in the light? No. Was there soap scum in the shower? Yes. Was the room quiet? Yes. Did we sleep well? Yes. Would we stay here again? Yes, if we were in the same situation. We did not eat the European continental breakfast that is available for 8 Euros per person.

Convenient! The hotel is near terminal 3 so folks having an early flight, make this site a blessing. There is a modest $10.00 breakfast so take advantage of the cafe lattes and croissants. The rooms are clean, small, and comfortable--perfect for preparing for your flight.

We were hesitant to splurge on this hotel but are so happy we did! Do it- seriously. Staff was amazing and it was incredibly clean. Only downside is the airport isn't really walkable to town but thats no reflection on the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located inside the airport, which makes it easier for those like myself that needed to jump in an early flight, for this reason I thought it was worth it to pay a higher price; however, I was really disappointed with the amount of mold in the bathroom and dirty in the walls all over the room; when talked with the concierge and asked if relocating to another room was possible I was told yes, but all the rooms have the same issues. Maybe for the price guests pay to stay in this place they should pay more attention to the cleanness and property conditions.

Very convenient for overnight stay before flight. Easy to access from Airport. My room was too bright with lights from car park bypassing the blinds.

Great location and facility

The hotel is basically a bed in a room -- there isn't much else. The only thing it has going for it is that it is at the entrance to Terminal 3 -- a big plus. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. I have a feeling the person who checked us in was new. It took a while for him to find our reservation and he seemed confused about the process. The room was rather noisy. Our room overlooked large air conditioners and backed up to a large parking ramp. It finally quieted down at about 11 PM. While the hotel was close to the terminal, it was rather disappointing and somewhat rundown. The sink drain in the bathroom seemed somewhat plugged. The room did have a small mini-fridge with 3 bottles of water. I'm not sure I would stay here again.
