When we got to our room, it was not what we booked. We were traveling with our three daughters and booked a room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room they gave us only had two queen beds. I went to the front and asked about it. They were sold out of that room. He ended up giving us extra blankets to make a pallet on the floor for our youngest.

My stay over the weekend was fantastic. The customer service was excellent and the room was very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful when I asked them questions. I have stayed at this location three times in the last three months and my experience is always positive and enjoyable.

Good location near highway access, shopping, and a good variety of restaurants. The property appeared to be well maintained. Staff was professional & friendly. The room was perfect for a weekend visit. The only average aspect noticed was breakfast. Its in line with industry standards. Not good or healthy but acceptable by today's standards.

Running from hurricane. Staff friendly and compassionate. Many of us there. Always had coffee or made some right away. Provided linens as requested. Room recently renovated. Dead bolt did not align with hole. Therefore useless but not necessary. Notified the desk.

While the hotel itself seemed up to date, it was not clean yet smelled of sour mop. The toilet from whoever stayed last had not been flushed. The room was wet with humidity, sheets and floors damp. When we went to leave, we grabbed our luggage cart to find the elevators we just used the night before , both broken. It took us 2 trips up and down 5 flights of stairs to just to leave this icky hotel.

The outside of the building and the lobby were both very presentable. The elevator was very dirty.
My bed had a dirty pillow case and the bathroom was not cleaned. We also took pictures of hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bath tub was also slow to drain the water out.
I requested for my room to be cleaned by housekeeping 3 times and no one ever showed up for my 2 day stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. However, the air conditioner is not turned on in mornings in lobby or hallways which makes it hot and stuffy. I like the the location of the hotel. This was a really good choice for my small children and I
