The staff were extremely helpful & very friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep very well due to the guest above our room, they were moving around throughout the night keeping me awake. Apart from that I couldn’t fault anything else

The R Inn has obviously been refurbished recently and I stayed 1 night at a brilliant price in their more expensive room. It isnt huge and from outside it is an obvious refurbishment but inside it is spotlessly clean, well laid out and well signposted. The room was super clean, plenty of space for clothes etc and a shower room which was super clean and perfectly functional in every way. Shower was excellent. On arrival the male receptionist was smiling and courteous. His instructins to us with regard to hours etc were clear. This hotel for me was perfect and it was not expensive so a super find. The place was very quiet and it was a Saturday night !

Super helpful - waited for me to arrive (late) I must read properly as I it said manned reception which I did assume meant there was someone on reception 24/7 and it was only manned to 9pm after this the main doors are locked & access id through a "fire door" - this fire door banged every time anyone used it!! so i was awake at 6am very good value for money - great for those working

Bar and dining only available at weekends. Local area offered no alternatives, so it was a 16 mile round trip to Kettering for our evening meal.

Clean room freezing when we arrived but warmed up after putting on radiator quickly Polite staff No food let’s it down but good Indian restaurant nearby and costa I would go back so it was totally acceptable and price was reasonable compared to all other local hotels in the area

The first room offered was large and tidy but the double bed was like a rock. We asked for an exchange of rooms and were given a smaller room that had a much better bed mattress. The bar closed at 9.30 which was early but understandable as it had so few people. There is a pub opposite which was the other option. Staff were friendly.

My room was a double ensuite with shower, it was done to a modern standard. It was comfortable, and the shower was nice and powerful. The beds were comfy too and the televisions were the latest models enabling you to sign into streaming services.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a temporsry stop gap..was ideal for what i needed! The room, although slightly tired, was clean and the bed comfortable! I was impressed as a no frills budget hotel.

Spotless. The shower is world class, clear controls and strong flow. The rooms are well described as bijoux. Staff friendly and helpful. Pity no bar or restaurant open, but both available within a few yards.

Cheap, but not so cheerful. Plug in basin not working, so had to wash in water already washed in. Reception not open late or early on Saturday morning, so though it was emptied once after we arrived, we could not empty after our bedtime wash. Stairs were a problem, and the step up to our bedroom had no hand rail, and to get out in the morning by the side door meant going up and down yet more steps. No breakfast facilities, though we did know about this. Not at all the 'complex' I was expecting.
