We had a fantastic stay in this villa, the staff went above and beyond. Any issues were ironed out immediatly. Breakfast was plenty and and vreat variety

Everything was fine with my stay up until the day before checkout when I was notified by my bank of a second charge on my credit card after I already used my card in their card reader when I first arrived at check in.
DO NOT pay there, pay through Expedia instead. There is STILL a hold (pending) on my credit card for the day I first checked in and used their card payment reader. They claimed they don’t have a pending on their end and that it’s completed yet I still have BOTH a hold AND a completed transactions on my bank account. So TWO separate transactions were made. One from when I swiped my card and another one from their bank. The transaction from when I swiped my card is still pending while their bank made another transaction. It’s clear as day as they are TWO different amounts. They aren’t even the SAME!
My bank has confirmed that they do in fact still have a hold (pending) on my funds & they also have a completed transaction as well. I have showed them proof of the two transactions. I asked them to remove the hold and it still has yet to be done. My bank said only the merchant can release this hold on my funds yet they keep saying check with my bank.
This completely ruined my stay. Which is disappointing as I actually enjoyed the villa, area, etc.
I’ve travelled to so many other countries and have NEVER experienced this before.

The cleanest, newest, and most beautiful villas in Bali. Good location. Great staff. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it very highly.
Two notes for improvement: (1) food quality at breakfast could easily be improved (e.g., the sausages are made with fake meat - it wouldn't be hard to use better ingredients).
(2) It would be good if they could figure out a way to make the bedroom colder. The room is massive, with very high ceilings, and is cooled only by a single air conditioner, which can't really cool down the room sufficiently. If this problem could be fixed, the villa would be truly perfect.

This is my first visit to Bali 10th visit for my friend whom I'm travelling with. DESA Di Bali is a 10min drive to Seminyak 10min drive to canguu, chose your ride to popular areas wisely traffic is busy & gets busier as the day progresses. The staff here are wonderful people. Bali is super busy but relaxing at the same time🙏

We stayed here with our family and couldn't recommend highly enough to stay here. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly. The highlight would be every time the staff would come in they would play with the kids which they loved.

The place itself was amazing, the staff was super friendly and made me feel like home. They were super kind towards my son and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again at Desa Di Bali. A thumbs up for their bed and bed linen, just to die for ❤️

Second time staying at this villa and had a very pleasant stay! Eka was super friendly and tried to accommodate to us as much as she could. Villa was overall clean, quiet and safe with little to no mozzies at all. However hot water for shower was super limited, could only shower for 5 mins before the hot water runs out. Hopefully this issue can be resolved. Would love to come back again if given a chance to! :)

It was very good loads of room we had a plunge pool villa the bed comfortable & lounge a nice size breakfast was very good all staff friendly helpful & a smile from everyone
While we were there I had difficulty getting out of the plunge pool as I’m short & the hotel offered us the use of the 3 bed villas pool it was lovely the whole villa was large with 3 bathrooms & large seating area
If you’re thinking of visiting 3 bed villa is worth getting so spacious
Our villa was also great would definitely visit again

The overall stay was good but the only down side we had about the villa is that the Google map location was not correct. We had to ask locals for the exact location of the villas lucky enough they were all friendly peoepl

I loved this villa, away from the crowds of Kuta and Legian, but just a short taxi-ride to great restaurants and bars in Seminyak. The villa itself is in a refreshingly non-touristy neighbourhood, and all around are houses, shops and temples, giving you a nice glimpse of 'normal' Balinese life. The service was excellent, with Mr. Dewa in particular making sure that my stay was very comfortable. The room service menu was small, but I was able to order local Balinese delicacies (that were not on the menu), which were specially prepared by the in-house chef. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bali!

It’s a fantastic little hotel slightly off the beaten track.
The room was amazing, we had a 1 bed villa with a small plunge pool. Had a huge Queen bed soo comfortable. Ordered your breakfast the day before, choices we had Nasi or Mee Goreng, a salad option &cooked breakfast with choice of egg, pancakes which were very tasty, they even provided gluten free bread for my wife. The food was delivered at the time requested with some fruit & juice ordered. The room had a hot&cold water dispenser which was great, a microwave, sink, fridge. TV in each room with good choice of channels. Bathroom was good but not air conditioned so a little warm, nice shower & bath.Staff & management were very friendly. They arranged a airport pick up which was good as we would have been stuck trying to arrange this when we landed late. The driver was friendly & made us feel welcome. Dont drive in Bali as it is so busy. We were amazed we did not see an accident during our stay as the roads are crammed full of taxis, cars, buses & motorcycles dodging in & out of traffic.
The hotel arranged for a Grab taxi on our first morning which is the best & cheapest taxi. They helped me load the app To help us get around during our stay. I suggest you buy a local SIM card, makes it so easy to book a taxi for a fixed price.
Room was cleaned daily. Best beach nearby was Seminyak, a lot quieter than Kuta and Lapeing. hire a driver to see island US $50 per car for 8-10hrs tell them what you want to see &they advise

The stay was really enjoyable a friendly staff and the villa was more than good. Only there are a few points that we were disappointed.
The private swimmingpool is not that big. The photo at hotels.com doesnot match with the reality. The pool was a 1.5mtr by 1.5mtr big tub instead of a pool.
Second the navigation addres is wrong, if you follow the navigation the hotel gives you, you will not reach the destination.
The plus points are:
