I booked a room with air-conditioning, only to arrive and find out that the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, only the main living area. The bedrooms were extremely hot, making it difficult for us to sleep, especially with a young child. I felt very deceived at the time of booking as this was not specified in the advertising of this property on expedia. If I had of known I would have booked else where. It definitely made the stay not pleasurable but rather extremely uncomfortable!!

Great location with amazing views, good facilities, helpful building manager but unfortunately our apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks and the bathrooms were full of mould.

We got a premium ocean view apartment and im glad we did. It was a good size and seemed to have been renovated. It had everything we needed although compared to other places we stayed they didnt provide as much dish soap etc...so we are glad we bought the leftover packets with us from where we stayed previously because it would have been silly to have to buy everything for one week. Although the property itself, entrance , pool area etc could use an upgrade the pool area was perfect for the kids and really nice to swim in. It would have been nice if the people on the front desk had been friendlier, it did feel like they resented being asked simple questions but we didnt let it worry us.

No dishwasher. Unit had stale musty smell. Blankets were not folded properly in cupboard (which meant they had not been cleaned. Very basic accommodation. Would not want to stay in this unit again.

The view was outstanding. Close to beach but still quiet. Room was dated but kitchen very good, bathrooms fairly modern. View outweighed any negatives.

Cleanliness is second to none and very well maintained. Always felt safe and staff was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Will stay again. Thanks again.

View was amazing and great location. Unfortunately the room looked nothing like photos presented online. Extremely dated and many cosmetic issues with apartment including stained carpets and rust. Nice heated pool but closed by 7 pm which was surprising. Loved the views from the apartment but would never have booked if photos had been remotely accurate. I understand each apartment is different but there has to be some semblance of accurate representation in what you’re selling.

My unit was clean and modern. There were plenty of untensils and cooking equipment. The pool was clean with heaps of deck chairs around it The grounds were neat and tidy.

Very friendly staff...nice and clean.. However, quite dated...we had standard room, lovely view from balcony. Bathrooms need updating but still very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped with laundry facilities too...On the whole would definitely book again..
