I’m been traveling 4 cities in Italy, this hotel its best of all, the location and the room worth the price, highly recommend. Plus near by the attractions that we visited.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet with good bedding. Good breakfast (typical European style) Some of pictures on Expedia site of hotels amenities were old and not valid anymore. There is no working spa like shown in pictures. Also, external outside sitting areas are very dated compared to pictures

Breakfast variety the best I have ever had at a hotel buffet. Wonderful pastries and scrambled eggs as well as savory and cereals . Held luggage till 8p so simplified the day to tour. Allowed earlier check in at noon and check out 11a. Room renovated. Simple tasteful. The spa looked great. Few blocks from station made it so simple to get transit to Rome and elsewhere to uffizi etc. close to money exchange no fees and fair rate as well as hostels where there are bars. Great for families or groups.elevator and when finished a veranda with views.

Big room. Nice breakfast. WiFi doesn’t work in rooms. Booked here for the spa and was told on check in that there was no spa. That was pretty lame.

The property location is close to every main attraction. The hotel room needs better maintenance as the room smelled musty. The air conditioner would also turn off automatically and we had to call the lobby multiple times to make sure it was on. Overall the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Four nights, ok bed, ok elevator, ok breakfast. Easy to get to Florence Train Station and to the tour busses, and an easy walk to David and Uffizi art museum.

Property was close to train station. An easy 7-10 min walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning was fantastic! Breakfast had a great variety as well.

Hotel staff excellent, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms & entire hotel was clean but its a old structure, lots of character but not much on amenities. I give it a 8 out of 10.

Location was great, very close to train station and walkable to major attractions of Florence. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Everything was great with this hotel, only one night there was a party next door because the hotel is situated next to a hotel and bar, my room was on top of the bar . We would have changed room, but because we were leaving in 2 days we decided to stay and it worked out well. The owner was willing to change our room which was very nice of him. Great staff.
