The rooms had assigned parking I think. There were numbers in front of parking spaces I assumed for the room number... but the 2 nights I stayed there, there was an atv parking in my spot. It was no biggie bcs at check in i don't recall if assigned parking was disclosed. It's close to mt. Rushmore. Very cute little place that had space to the side of the premises for you to bon fire, make memories and play "bags", enjoy the beautiful outdoor and the exotic mountain views. The check in girl was really nice and soft spoken, and the fur baby that accompanied her was the most beautiful. Fur baby was pure white and also so very respectful. WI will definitely return and stay here over and over again.

Very convenient location. The property is very clean, but in average condition. No maid service during our stay. Don’t forget expect any extra amenities. If you need a clean room to sleep in, it’s fine. That’s about it. Nothing special.

I have absolutely no idea how these holes in the wall get a great rating. No air conditioning, very little WARM water, no parking spot, no blinds on the windows. Mattress sounded like it was made of straw. No recommended, sleep in ram tent instead.

Super clean, nice and quiet place. It’s nothing fancy but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Clean was the biggest thing! Would definitely stay again!!

It was quiet and pleasant with a small outdoor space. There were gas Bbq’s to use but in poor condition so we opted not to use. First place we encountered on our 52 day trip where one has to pay for ice
