The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. It didn't have a fitted sheet; instead, there were two regular sheets and a blanket. The mattress had stains on it. Additionally, the closet where the safe was located had a spider web with a spider, which I had to kill. Furthermore, the toilet seat was loose, making it quite uncomfortable to use.

No ice machine on my floor. You have the spot but decide to do only odd floors. You also charge $14 for parking. You have the space and no other parking options. You're not downtown either so why not include in room fee. Love the courtyard look and room was nice.

Pretty Disappointed, the room is not as clean as I would expect it to be. The shower has a little bit on mold and scum. The sink had toothpaste in it from the previous person. Shower floors were dirty. The walls in the bathroom were discolored and had lots of smudges. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The shower door would not stay closed while showering.

The door didn’t close smoothly and it felt a bit unsecure

I was excited and happy to try the wellness room. Someone who has allergies and respiratory issues this was ideal. It was a waste of money! I was more stuffy in there than outside. The floors were dirty. There was food on the carpet from the previous guest. I had to ask more than once for them to be vacuum it and it never happened. The “gentleman” at the front desk had an attitude and wasn’t welcoming at all so I didn’t even bother going back to ask for a vacuum again so I can do it at least and be comfortable in my own room! I was uncomfortable my entire trip.

This was an awesome place to stay. I had little time to prepare for the trip and needless to say I was super happy and i pressed with what I got for the money. Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to love this property, but it was just okay. To start with the positives, the gym and pool are fantastic. The pool is heated, and the gym offers a great mix of weights and cardio equipment—all in working order. The hours are convenient too, with the pool open from 6 AM to 11 PM and the gym available 24 hours. I didn’t get a chance to try the food or drinks, but the staff was amazing and very friendly. We stayed for a week, and unfortunately, it was the little things that added up. The bed was a bit lumpy, and one morning, a random woman knocked on our door incessantly—she seemed lost and possibly intoxicated. It’s worth noting that there were quite a few people walking around drinking, which might be a concern for some guests. The property is great for older adults and working professionals—it was nice not to have kids running around constantly. However, we encountered several issues during our stay: our TV didn’t work initially and was stuck on one channel for two days, the beds were made inside out, and there was a slight water leak from the bathroom into the bedroom due to a plumbing issue. On top of that, one of my work packages was lost—it was supposedly delivered to a mailbox, but when I asked the front desk, they simply said, "Oh, it's probably lost." Additionally, the ice machines were broken on several floors, but there were no signs indicating this, so we ended up walking to multiple floors before realizing.
