Extremely noisy f or kids running up and down hallway....people knocking on doors... yelling, screaming, etc..smh

The hotel was nice and the location was excellent. The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable, charged my card for a room that was prepaid. The room was not as clean as I excerpted A club level room to be. Complimentary breakfast wasn't available the Monday morning when I checked out, which was highly disappointing. I definitely expected better, but would stay again to give them time for improvement.

The Club level room was not clean as it should have been...the bathroom in particular.

Helpful/friendly staff (gave us early checkin/late check out). Enjoyed club room. Room was comfortable. We stayed here as short drive to airport ready for flight.

Loud fan noise constantly in the bathroom… which can be heard in the main bedroom- told it comes from the roof and nothing could be done.

I loved there was a sauna and an indoor pool! The food in the bar was so good!!!!

I did not like I had to check out a day early cuz there was no heat in my room ALL day. I do not like that there was no mention of giving me some of my money back because I had to leave due to something out of my control.
