The property is in need of renovation from furniture to re-painting. The shower had mold around the calking. I believe the hotel staff did the best they could do with cleaning, and their politeness and diligence to customer service was exceptional.

Our room could use some cosmetic fixes. Everything worked and was clean. Price was much lower. Saved on breakfast too. Good location: near restaurants, shopping, I-10, beach, casino…

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Room was, for the MOST PART wonderful. Room was clean, smelled wonderful, ac worked VERY WELL!!! The only issue was the hall on the second floor, the carpet is disgusting. I get it, TONS of folk walk on it. I just wish it were stream cleaned or replaced. Also, the area of floor in the hall heading to the left, there's a quite large area that needs to be replaced. It's super soft and a bit concerning. And the mattresses could be replaced soon. Once again, I'm NOT COMPLAINING, we were very pleased with our stay.

First of all getting into the room was a little situation with the door, and after that in the bathroom their was not one wash cloth to shower with and the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall, the continental breakfast no gravy or biscuits, the room had the smell of tobacco and it was a no smoking room, the carpet had stains on it, the carpet needs to be shampooed to have a clean smelling and freshness to the room. I'm somewhat disappointed with Sleep Inn and Suites and the Quality of their Hotel they need to do better for that price of 90.00.

I thought I was going to fall through the floor when I was walking to my room. My bed had cups under it. I feel my room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me. Then after we were told the only thing available was handicap king room and which we took, later on found out they had some other rooms available. The breakfast that we had Monday morning was terrible. The eggs were watery, sausage patties were burn to the point of being hard and the waffle batter had too much water in it.

The property was ok , they need to do a better job with the cleaning the rooms. I had stains all in my curtains mildew in the shower stains on on the couch etc definitely needs to be better

For the price and the market, this property is a good deal if you are looking for a safe no-frills place to spend a night or two. The amenities are basic and the building itself showing signs of age and/or abuse though it is not A particularly old property - there were some sizable scuff or scrape marks on some of the walls and doors, one of the lamps in the room was badly rusted, and the hall carpet had several large and very unsightly stains. The small fridge in the room couldn't seem to keep things colder than about 55°. However, for a relatively safe place to park overnight, sleep, and get up and out, it was perfectly satisfactory. Beyond that, front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out was quick and painless; in spite of age and less-than-perfect-condition, everything was notably clean, and the breakfast area in particular was immaculate.

Daughter(age 2) wet the bed in her sleep and when asked for clean linens was told they would handle it and after being gone all day we returned to find they in fact had NOT taken care of.
